Gallus Labelfire E340, the Best Digital Label Printing System in the World

The innovative digital printing system combines the best of both worlds: the flexibility of digital printing with the reliability and accuracy of conventional printing (flexography) and finishing technology.

Print, varnish, refine and process labels on Gallus Labelfire inline – from roll to die-cut labels that can be finished in one production.
Complete system from one source – for maximum efficiency in label printing. The compact digital production system combines the quality of advanced UV inkjet printing and the most efficient digital printing with inline productivity and flexo printing speed and the benefits of screen printing. This is made possible by drop-on-demand inkjet technology along with conventional finishing units thousands of times proven and complete integration into the Prinect workflow.

Better resolution and offset quality
With the Gallus Labelfire digital production system, label makers can achieve print quality that is equivalent to high resolution offset printing. It appears in a native (physical) resolution of 1,200 × 1,200 dpi with a droplet size of only 2 pl and up to 200 gray levels. It achieves a visual resolution of 2,400 × 2,400 dpi. Only through high physical resolution of characters and lowercase letters and fine lines and color gradients up to zero percent can be printed. Because of the smallest droplet size of the printing industry, a quiet, semi-gloss surface, better adhesion and hardening of ink and reduced ink consumption are achieved. The unique inkjet printhead design allows the installation of inkjet heads with a smooth transition.

Maximum integration for maximum productivity
As an industrial production system, Gallus Labelfire stands for small and medium-sized runs that exceed 300 to 500 meters of conventional walking. From the substrate to the finished label roll, only one operation is needed – production or machining stops for completion and further processing is avoided.

Gallus Labelfire 340: The 7-color inkjet system covers up to 96 percent of the Pantone color space in the best quality.
Gallus Labelfire E 340: 4-color space includes up to 85 percent of Pantone color space *
-> For both machines: native resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi means the highest print quality with speeds up to 70 m / min.
